These adapter allow you to convert your clipless pedals into instep pedals, allowing you to use the with a wide variety of shoes.

- This SPD-version Instep comes with a Shimano SPD-compatible cleat
- Cleats are not interchangeable

- Clip and strap set mounts to clipless pedals in place of the cleats
- Allows use of a wide variety of shoes
- Low-profile platform keeps foot close to pedal spindle axis
- Insteps are useful for triathletes, recreational riders and for weekend trips to the coffee shop
- Look Delta-style Insteps include Look Delta style cleats with platforms, toeclips and straps
