SHIMANO XT BR-M765 DISC BRAKE
You’ve seen the new hydraulic disc brakes on XTR-equipped bikes, and may have envied their light weight, high performance, and super modulation. Now those same benefits come to the XT level in the new Deore XT hydraulic disc brake. The caliper features a forged mono-body design that offers outstanding stiffness, yielding flex-free braking on the trail. It uses a 2 piston design that helps you stop on a dime.
It’s a snap to setup, too, with shimless caliper mounting and adjustment and the Center-Lock style rotor mount that simplifies installation. Maintainence is easy too, since it’s a mineral oil system there are no nasty chemicals to deal with.
The rotor is also a new design. It’s been engineered specifically to work with Shimano Center-Lock compatible hubs (rotor will not work on 6-bolt IS style hubs).
Sold singly (enough for one wheel). Kit includes caliper and rotor. Please note that hydraulic lines are not included: suitable lines are included with the XT/765 shift/brake lever kit.
